She gave me and my family one of the best experiences in the home buying process ever everything actually went much better than we expected and her knowledge and negotiating skills are top tier! She was there every time I needed her answering any questions that we had even answering questions that was for other parties in the transaction I will be continuing business with her every chance we get she’s just that amazing! 10/10 highly recommend you won’t be disappointed! I also love how organized she is before we even started the process Shara gave us a guide on what to expect, the time line and everything we needed to know and she also sends these email updates about what’s going on in the community and your surrounding areas.
